As a member of AdultWork.com we’ve provided multiple payout methods for you.  On your Credits Transfer Request Page you can see the options available to you are:

*These thresholds apply for independent members.  The transfer thresholds for Group administrators are higher.

What’s needed for each method?

Method Requirements
Paxum Create an account with Paxum, before you request a withdrawal.  Get one here
Cosmo Payment Create an account with Cosmo, before you request a withdrawal.  Apply for a card in GBP or USD
EU Bank ǂ EU Bank works via the ‘European Standard Payment’ (ESP) system. You’ll need to provide us with your BIC and IBAN number on your Transfer Request.  Upload photographic ID for the account holder & a utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document that clearly shows the address associated with the bank account.  If your bank account is eligible then the required numbers will be printed on your bank statement
UK Bank ǂ
UK Bank uses the UK Fast Payment Service (FPS).  You’ll need to provide us with your account number and sort code on your Transfer Request.  Upload photographic ID for the account holder & a utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document that clearly shows the address associated with the bank account.  You will be able to find these either on your bank card or on your bank statement.
ǂ As you will know from the banks or financial institutions you already deal with, providing photographic ID and proof of address is required before being able to make any transactions.

The banking partners used to make payments to UK and EU bank accounts have put the onus on us to collect this information for them.  We are unable to make bank payments unless you have provided your Know Your Customer (KYC) information and are requesting payment to an account in your own name.

Your information will be held securely and in full compliance with the GDPR.  It will only be passed onto payment providers as requested by them as part of their due diligence and KYC checks.

Now you know the available options, you can request a transfer using your chosen method.  💷

Cash sounds great, doesn’t it? How does it work?

Cash (Post Office) is a method you might not have seen or used before.  It’s a super-easy way to collect cash in exchange for your AdultWork.com credits.

  • On the date advised an SMS will be sent to the mobile number specified on the transfer request form.
  • The SMS will contain a unique reference number.
  • Show this reference number at any UK Post Office counter and the clerk will give you the relevant cash amount.
  • You will also need to show them ID in the name of the person specified on the transfer request form.

Let’s do this!

If you have not already verified your mobile number, now is the time to do so as you will not be able to submit the request for Cash otherwise.  Head over to your Mobile Activation Page here.  📱

On your Credits Transfer Request Page select the transactions you want to withdraw and scroll down until you see the ‘Cash (UK Only)’ tab.

Simply enter your name (this must be your real name & must match your photo ID, which you’ll have to bring with you when you collect the cash, only the person named on the transfer request can collect it), you will see the total amount payable and the date that the SMS will be sent by.

Now hit the ‘Submit’ button! You’ll see the following pop-up:

If you’re happy with all the details you’ve entered, hit ‘OK’.

What happens next?

Once you have submitted your request, you are directed to your ‘Pending Transfer Requests’ Page which shows you the details of the transfer request you’ve just submitted.

If you do not receive the SMS by the end of the date stated on the request, remember to check our Current Status Page for issues first.  If there are no Bank Holidays or issues listed, yet have not received the SMS, please complete this form so the Help Centre can help you.

The ‘will be processed date’ is the date you should receive the SMS and be able to collect your cash from the Post Office.  You will also receive an email to your registered email address advising you that your request has been processed.  ✅

How long does it take to receive funds?

The cut off time for transfer requests is Tuesday by midnight.  Transfers requested on Wednesday will fall into the following scheduled processing week for payment.  Transfers are usually processed on Tuesdays.  If you make your requests weekly, you will start to receive your funds weekly.  📅

Example: If you requested a transfer on Tuesday 1st October 2019, you would receive your credits between 15th and the 18th October 2019.
