What brought you to AdultWork.com?

I first heard about camming in the late 2000s. I was intrigued but didn’t have the courage at first. It stayed in the back of my mind all that time and finally three years ago, I decided to give it a go through AdultWork.com, on a friend’s recommendation. It started as pocket money but after a couple of months, it became my full-time job.

If you could live anywhere, where would it be and why?

I’m not sure I could choose just one place. I really love to explore the world and I don’t like staying still for too long – so far I’ve lived in four countries and travelled to over 40. If it wasn’t for COVID-19 I wouldn’t be in the UK right now, that’s certain.

What would you change about yourself and why?

A better memory. I’m incredibly forgetful.

What motivates you to work hard?

Being self-employed is a huge push to work hard. You have to rely 100% on yourself to succeed. The feeling of being self-sufficient, independent and autonomous is so liberating. Time affluence is much more desirable to me than financial affluence, so I’m very grateful to be in a position where I can choose my own schedule. I love the flexibility and freedom of being able to work from anywhere at any time, and having the ability to pursue my other interests like art, travel & music. That’s my biggest motivation, I couldn’t imagine working for someone else again, at this point.

What do you like most about your career?

The solidarity between sex workers. People in this industry are so inclusive, empowering, educated, and tenacious in the face of constant adversity. I could bang on all day about how brilliant they are. I’ve always been drawn to the subversive and those on the fringes of society, and I have so much respect for my comrades in this community. Sex work has been a great journey of self-growth and self-understanding. It’s opened my eyes to the bigger picture of human wants, needs, desires and behaviours on a fundamental level. We provide a safe space for people to be their truest selves, we see people without their inhibitions and daily facades and form connections with people that transcend surface-level interactions. I think it’s quite a privileged position to be in and it’s so fascinating.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

I suppose how far I’ve come in forging my own path in life, creating a lifestyle that bucks societal norms but is true and authentic to myself.

What would you sing at a karaoke night?

Dancing in the Dark, Bruce Springsteen.

Do you collect anything? What is it and why?

I’m sort of a minimalist, but I do like to collect special stones I find at the beach and I always keep ticket stubs from my travels.

What do you do to keep fit?

I prefer to get around on my bike rather than by car, but it’s harder in the colder months. I also like to do yoga at home and I want to get better at skateboarding this year.

What was your first job?

When I was at university, I was a nude model for the life-drawing classes.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

Drink enough water.

What was the most memorable sexual experience you’ve had? And why?

My big plans for the foreseeable have been put on ice. It’s frustrating, but as a positive, it’s allowed me to slow down and make space for personal projects I had been neglecting. I’m sort of enjoying just taking it day by day without putting too much pressure on myself.
