Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the ‘Twerk for Me Baby’ Video Challenge (“Event”) organised by AdultWork.com (“Organiser”). By participating in the Event, participants (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Event is open to all registered Offering Members on the AdultWork.com platform.

2.2 Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.

2.3 Eligibility is limited to members who have a registered and active account on AdultWork.com as of  the 9th of September 2024.

3. Event Period

3.1 The Event will commence at 12:00 AM UTC on the 9th of  September 2024 and will conclude at 11:59 PM UTC on the  8th of October 2024 (“Event Period”).

4. How to Participate

4.1 To participate in the Event, Participants must upload a video of themselves performing the challenge in the comment section of the relevant X (formerly Twitter)* post during the submission period, which begins on the 9th of September 2024 and ends on the 8th of October 2024.

5. Prizes

5.1 The top five (5) Participants with the most likes on their submitted videos will each be presented with the following prizes:

5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5.3 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize is unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Winners will be determined based on the highest number of likes received on the X (formerly Twitter) comment containing their submitted video.

6.2 Winners are required to allow social media advertising in their internal profile settings on AdultWork.com to qualify for the prize.

6.3 The Organiser will notify the winners via email or through the contact information provided in their AdultWork.com account within seven (7) days after the conclusion of the Event Period.

6.4 Winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. General Conditions

7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who is found to be in breach of these Terms or who engages in fraudulent or unethical conduct.

7.2 The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event at any time and without prior notice.

8. Privacy

8.1 By participating in the Event, Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Organiser for the purposes of administering the Event and distributing prizes.

8.2 The Organiser will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
