Have you ever had issues when trying to upload or view movies on AdultWork.com?  This should now be a thing of the past!  Our Technical Team has worked tirelessly to update the Movie Uploader and Movie Player.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to use the excellent Movie Uploader and Movie viewer – read on for further information.

Viewing Movies

You’ll see a floating window that appears when you click the movie thumbnail or title.  This will be the same from your mobile device or if you’re using the Site from your desktop.

From here, you’ll be able to view the movie and see more movies from the member.

The movie player also shows all the movie categories.  You can also get alerts from the member in question using the ‘Get Alerts’ button.

Once you’ve found the movie you wish to view, click the ‘View’ button and you’ll see all the usual controls you’d expect to find, such as play/pause, full screen and volume.  You can view a movie as many times as you like within 15 minutes of clicking the ‘View’ button.

The player will ensure your movie viewing experience will be better than ever before.

Unified Uploader

When using the Desktop Site, you can use your My Details page here.  On the right-hand side of the page, you’ll see your ‘Manage Pictures & Movies’ section.  Hit the “+” next to movie clips followed by the ‘Add Movies’ button.  You’ll now see the ‘Movie Uploads’ floating window

When using the Mobile Site, hit Menu > Upload Content > Movie Clips

We recommend familiarising yourself with the content rules before submitting any movies.  Hit the ‘Upload’ button which will open a window so you can locate the movies from your computer or phone.  With the updated Movie Uploader, you can select multiple files at a time – give it a try.

We’re going to use the movie ‘How to Register on AdultWork.com’ for this guide.

When you’ve selected the movie(s) you wish to upload, you’ll see your upload queue with the upload status for each movie.

Shortly after, you’ll get the option to add the movies to your library, like this

Click the movie to add it to your library.  You’ll then be asked to complete the movie details in order to submit it.

When you’ve filled out the title, chosen your thumbnail, added a description, set the price and added the movie categories (just start typing, the picker will start to populate), you’re ready to hit submit.  Once you’ve done this, the movie will start to encode.

AdultWork Tip: Make sure your title and categories are set correctly for your movies so your customers can find exactly what they’re looking for.

Once the file(s) have finished encoding, they’ll be available for members to view.
