Winning 1st place for the second year in a row is an incredible achievement, and we are thrilled to celebrate her continued success!

To learn more about her journey, experiences, and what drives her, we asked Rosie a few questions.

Here’s what she had to say.

1. How does winning an Accolade this year compare to your previous experience?

Aside from webcam, I also still work as a lap dancer at the weekends. The Accolades run for about seven weeks through Christmas and January. In previous years, I would take on extra shifts at the strip club during the Christmas party season to make the most of the busy period, which meant I wasn’t on cam as much to do shows and earn extra votes.

However, on the first weekend of this year’s Accolades, my dog was poorly, so I had to stay home and couldn’t go to the club. Instead, I decided to cam, and that Friday, I absolutely smashed it with non-stop shows. I made the most money I had ever made in one day on cam from shows, plus I had a very generous tipper who kept my Lovense interactive toy buzzing all night. I had a fantastic Saturday too. Since I don’t usually cam at the weekends because of dancing, I was kind of glad I had to stay home—it was the perfect way to kick off Accolades voting.

I used to love working as a dancer, and it was always my priority, but lately, I’ve been enjoying camming more than dancing, so I haven’t wanted to go as often. After that amazing weekend, I decided to take a break from regular dancing and focus more on camming. Because I spent more time on cam than in previous years, I reckon I probably got more votes this time around.

I also made a small but important change to my cam setup. I always preferred to sit in freemode rather than non-free because I enjoy chatting with everyone who stops by my room, and I still get frequent tips through my Lovense interactive toys. I used to just sit at the edge of my bed with my laptop on a small table, but after a couple of hours, my back would start hurting from having no support, so I’d log off early.

I don’t have a professional TikTok anymore, but I still scroll through it, and I noticed that a lot of the top live streamers sat in gaming chairs. So, when the Accolades started, I decided to invest in a lovely, big, comfy gaming chair, hoping it would help prevent back pain. It was the best decision ever. Now I can stay in freemode for much longer without discomfort, which has helped me book more shows and possibly earn more votes too. I also moved to a different cam room with a hardwood floor, so the chair is easy to move around. Since it reclines and has wheels, I can roll it out of the way easily when I need to switch positions and lay down.

Since I worked more hours this year than in previous years, I was really hoping I could place in the top three Accolades winners again for a third year running, and it paid off! I managed it, and I’m over the moon. 

2. How do you keep your performances engaging and exciting, especially for returning viewers?

I have a good memory, so I remember details about each guy from past shows and bring them up in dirty chat if I know it will turn them on. Whether it is using trigger words or wearing certain outfits they like, I make sure to personalise the experience. If they are a new customer and mention in freemode that they are planning to have a show, I tell them they can send me an email with any special requests, whether it is outfit choices, roleplay details, or specific things they would like me to do or say. That way, I can be prepared for them when they come back.

A lot of the time, though, I just go with the flow and use my own ideas and that usually does the trick. 😉 

3. What would you like to say to those who voted for you?

I would like to send a big hug and a huge thank you to everyone who supported me and took the time to vote because they believed I deserved to win. I truly appreciate it.

4. If you could speak to your younger self when you were just starting out, what advice would you give?

 Do not worry about what others think or say about you, especially if it is behind your back when they do not agree with this line of work. This is my life, and I am very happy in this job, so do not let other people’s opinions make you doubt yourself. We are all on different journeys, so let them focus on theirs while you focus on yours. Go for it and be the best you can be at your job.

 5. How do you create a personal connection with your audience, even through a screen?

“I like to make people feel relaxed and talk them through what I am doing by saying things like, ‘If I was there now, I would do this,’ or ‘I wish you were here so we could…’ I also ask, ‘Do you like that?’ or find out what they enjoy, so I know they are having a good time. I keep the experience engaging and interactive by speaking to them in a sexy way, making sure to keep the conversation flowing. If I know their name, I will say it often to make it feel even more personal.  

6. If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of advice at the start of your journey, what would it be?

Get a big, comfy gaming chair to sit on in freemode so your back does not hurt, and you can stay on cam longer. Haha!  

7. If you weren’t in this industry, what would you do?

 I actually have a degree in TV and Radio Production, but I never used it because the money from lap dancing was always hard to beat. I would have had to start in a low-level production job with low pay, so I never ended up pursuing it. Towards the end of my degree, I did start to feel a bit bored, but I am not a quitter, so I finished it. Looking back, I wish I had chosen a different subject.

Since I started webcamming, I have had to take my own pictures for my AdultWork galleries and social media posts, and it has made me realise that I should have studied photography or graphic design instead. That knowledge and skill set would have been so useful in this line of work, allowing me to take brilliant photos and edit them with amazing backgrounds to a high standard. If I were to do something else, I would love to work in that field, especially in graphic design.
