Winning 1st place this year is an incredible milestone, and we couldn’t be happier to celebrate her success.

To learn more about her journey, experiences, and what drives her, we asked Lilly a few questions.

Here’s what she had to say.

1. How does winning an Accolade this year compare to your previous experience?

 I must admit, this year means more to me than ever before. Last year, I had to create a new profile halfway through due to complications with my previous one, which was incredibly disheartening, to say the least. To not only place in the top three but to take 1st place after rebuilding everything from scratch is something I’m truly proud of. I am incredibly grateful to each and every person who voted for me! 

2. Is there anyone special you would like to thank for this achievement?

I am incredibly grateful to have such a supportive group of friends and family in my life. While my family may not fully agree with my career choice, their love and presence still mean the world to me. Their support, in their own way, along with the encouragement from my friends, has given me the strength to stay true to myself and pursue what makes me happy. I appreciate each and every one of them for standing by me.

 3. What qualities do you think make someone truly stand out in this industry?

I truly believe that when you love what you do, it never feels like work, and that is exactly how I feel about my career. I think that passion shines through in everything I do. To truly stand out and build lasting connections, you need to have both your heart and mind invested in the job. I have always been a people person, and I find so much joy in creating a space where others can escape, relax, and feel at ease in my presence. It is not just about what I do, it is about the experience I provide, and that is what makes it so fulfilling.  

4. Is there a request you get often that still excites you every time?

I am most known and loved for my GFE sessions, and they are my favourite too. It is no surprise that I often receive requests for these types of visits. 

5. How do you build strong and lasting connections with your clients?

I always make it a priority to ensure that people feel as comfortable as possible, and I believe building rapport is key to creating a deeper connection. Maintaining boundaries is just as important, as it ensures a respectful and enjoyable experience for both. I also strive to exceed expectations, making sure every moment is even better than anticipated. I genuinely love what I do, and I believe that passion is evident in everything I offer. The time I spend with clients and the excitement of meeting new people is something I truly cherish.

6. Outside of your career, what is an achievement you are really proud of?

I am genuinely proud of the person I have become and all I have achieved, whether it is excelling in school, being a valued employee in past jobs, or being the best auntie I can be to my cherished niece. Being able to support my friends and family is also something I am proud of.

One of my greatest achievements has been rescuing my disabled cat, who is now seven years old. He was just a baby when I took him in, and without me, he would have been put to sleep. Watching him grow and thrive over the years has been an incredible journey. He truly is my pride and joy, and anyone who has met me has likely had the chance to meet him or at least noticed the tattoo I have of him.

Another huge milestone for me is having my own place to live and continue growing. It is a space where I can truly be myself and build a life I am proud of.

7. If you weren’t in this industry, what would you do?

If I were not in this industry, I would probably pursue a career as a crime investigator. However, if I had the opportunity, my biggest dream would be to open a cat café filled with rescued cats. I know it is an unusual combination, but the idea of blending my love for animals with my passion for giving them a second chance in life is something that means so much to me.
