How do you feel about being webcammer of the year?

There are several gorgeous women offering webcam shows on Adultwork that make a lot of effort and put in a lot of hours on webcam, so I felt the competition was pretty tough. However. I made it to the top 3, gaining 2nd place amongst all the other beautiful and sexy hard-working women and I am absolutely thrilled to bits to be an Award winning Webcammer of the year.

Do you have somebody special you want to thank?

I’d like to thank everyone who voted for me, I appreciate each one of you for voting, you’re all amazing, and it really means a lot. I’d also like to thank Adultwork for providing the No1 platform to webcam from. I love my job as a webcam performer and there is no other cam site I need to use to work from, this site is the best there is in my opinion.

How long have you been on AW? What were you doing before? Are your family and friends supportive of what you do?

I joined Adultwork in the covid lockdown of 2020. I have worked as a lap dancer in strip clubs around the UK for several years and still do. However, when we went into lockdown the clubs were the first to close and last to open so I thought I’d give webcamming a try. I soon found I really liked webcamming and the men were really lovely, and it was good company in lockdown while making money at the same time. I started to get busier with shows the more I went online and started to gain regulars too. I’m kind of glad lockdown happened in a way because I might not have tried webcamming else, and I absolutely love it. So now, I still dance in the clubs a couple of nights a week, I’ve always really enjoyed my job as a lap dancer too and I webcam a few days a week from home, I feel it was meant to be.

Tell us a bit about yourself. What kind of girl were you growing up, family life, school life, etc?

I grew up in the Southwest of England and spent the summers at the seaside, enjoying lots of swimming and gymnastics, and playing with animals. I was always a very active happy child. I was part of a baton twirling team for several years as a kid and we used to travel all over the UK competing against other teams, I was the National baton twirling champion at 8 years old. I’ve always enjoyed dressing up in different costumes competing and performing from an early age. No change there then.

What’s the best/worst gift you’ve ever received from a customer?

When I first started camming, I gained a regular after a couple of months. He had been a customer on the site for several years. When I look back now, I feel like he was an Angel for me to get me off to a good start as he used to give me loads of positive good advice about webcamming and used to tip me and suggest clothing, shoes, and toys to buy with the tips. I soon built up quite a bit of useful stuff to wear and use for my shows from his generous tips. My favourite item I got was my long black pvc gloves, I love them and wear them a lot on cam.

Do you have a kinky speciality?

I love the feeling of being spanked and spanking and whipping others too. I have a flogger with beautiful thick leather strips, and it feels so nice being whipped with that. I also love the pleasure and pain feeling of hot candle wax being dripped on my naked skin.

Who amongst your friends and family is your biggest supporter?

My good friend who is a dancer with me is my biggest supporter. She’s always asking me how the camming is going. She was the first person I messaged and was so pleased for me when I told her I’d won 2nd place as Webcammer of the year.

What did you do growing up that got you into trouble?

When I was still at secondary school, I sneaked out of the house one night when my parents went to bed. I put my mum’s clothes and high heels on to go down town to the nightclubs. A girl older than me who used to go to my school was dating a bouncer down town recognised me and grassed me up for being underage and my parents found out. I got grounded and they put a big school photo of me in all the night clubs not to let me in. Couldn’t get in anywhere for ages after that lol.

Who are you most likely to be stuck on a desert island with?

My dog. She’s my baby and my best friend.

Which song always gets you on the dance floor?

I love dancing when I’m out in a club. I’ve been to the party island Ibiza many times as I love dance music. However, I do love a bit of funk soul too. One of my favourite songs that would get me on the dance floor is Ain’t Nobody by Chaka Khan.

What advice would you give someone who wanted to follow in your footsteps to get into camming or the adult entertainment industry in general?

Take some clear well-lit photographs for your profile and build different looks up over time. Gradually build up your profile and different outfits too, especially the roleplay ones such as a nurse, maid, secretary etc. I find the men absolutely love pvc on the site so get a few pvc bits too. Invest in a good webcam and ring light, you are far more likely to get returning customers if your cam is very clear and bright. Try to be open-minded but don’t do anything on cam you’re not comfortable with. There will be busy days on cam and quiet days, it happens to us all. It’s okay to take a break and come back to it feeling fresher if it gets you down sometimes if it’s quiet. Smile, even if you don’t feel like it, it makes you feel better and it’s contagious. If you can, try to set a regular schedule so people know when you’re going to be online, make a note of it on your profile. Consistency is key. Make use of the advertising features available on the site. I use Direct Cam Positioning every time I go on cam. It puts you on the front page, so guys see you first and you’re more likely to get picked for shows over the hundreds of other women online at the same time.

What is the number one life lesson that you learnt doing this work?

Being a good-looking girl as a webcam performer can benefit you. However, what matters the most ultimately is your personality. Just be yourself, have fun, be flirty, happy, and sexy, and enjoy it and the rest will come naturally. You will find your own rhythm that works for you.  Don’t worry what others think about this line of work either. If you’re happy and safe that’s all that matters.
